Golders Hill Park Cafe sits right inside one of Hampstead's prettier green spaces, with a sunny terrace next to the playground that makes it a regular stop for families doing a Heath loop. The menu reads more like a restaurant than a park kiosk: cheese and tomato paninis, aubergine parmigiana, jacket potatoes, plus a proper kids menu and highchairs available. Buggies roll straight in, and the homemade gelato counter next door (lemon sorbet, pistachio, soft serve) is the kid-bribe of choice. One regular sums it up: "ideal for families who want to have a space to sit while their kids run around." Pricier than your average cafe, but worth it for the setting.
